01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jidbaj platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any other individual who accesses the platform in any capacity. Access to and use of the jidbaj platform is conditioned upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of jidbaj following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. jidbaj reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation or paraphrasing, the English-language version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

By registering a jidbaj account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities based on the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise;
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

jidbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Such documentation may include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Access to real-money games and the withdrawal of funds will be suspended until satisfactory age verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and any funds in the account will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jidbaj. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jidbaj employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be immediately suspended and their balances voided.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your jidbaj account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number registered with your bKash, Nagad, or other payment account, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jidbaj login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jidbaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jidbaj support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jidbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any stage — including during registration, before your first withdrawal, or following a change to your registered details. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from jidbaj may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account restriction.

04 Deposits and Payments

jidbaj accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and direct bank transfer from accounts held at City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via mobile money; ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Processing time: Mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jidbaj wallet instantly upon successful confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one Bangladesh business day.
• Deposit fees: jidbaj does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are the responsibility of the depositor.
• Currency: All jidbaj accounts operate in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered jidbaj account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to all fully verified jidbaj account holders with a positive real-money wallet balance. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

• bKash and Nagad: Average processing time of 8 minutes for verified accounts. Platinum and Diamond VIP tier members receive instant priority processing.
• Rocket and Upay: Processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer: Processed within one Bangladesh business day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for all methods.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your current VIP tier limits as published in the VIP programme schedule. Standard accounts: ৳50,000 per day. Gold: ৳100,000. Platinum: ৳250,000. Diamond: ৳500,000.

5.3 Withdrawal to Same Method

jidbaj applies a same-method withdrawal policy where operationally practicable. Funds deposited via bKash will be returned to the same bKash number. Funds deposited via bank transfer will be returned to the same bank account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player accounts from fraudulent withdrawal attempts.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirements are stated in full on each individual bonus offer page at the time the bonus is accepted. jidbaj does not apply retroactive changes to wagering requirements on bonuses already accepted.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jidbaj offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant bonus or promotion page at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all jidbaj bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the specific bonus terms.
• jidbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Players who have accepted a bonus prior to its cancellation will retain any bonus balance subject to the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

07 Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jidbaj platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. jidbaj accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand or apply the rules of a game.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

jidbaj offers betting markets on cricket — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. All betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the sport in question and to jidbaj's sports betting terms. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds stated at the time of placement.

7.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

jidbaj reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet. jidbaj will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or third-party data provider outages.

7.4 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG) based games on the jidbaj platform — including slots, virtual table games, crash games, and Plinko — use certified fair-play RNG systems. Game RTP (return to player) percentages are available within the game information panels for all jidbaj slot and casino games.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jidbaj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the platform;
• Using automated bots, software scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to play games or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under Bangladesh law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jidbaj staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

jidbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it believes — on reasonable grounds — that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that the account is implicated in fraudulent activity, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jidbaj will endeavour to notify the account holder within 48 hours and complete the investigation within 14 business days. Where an account is found to have been used in breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of suspension may be voided.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own jidbaj account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

10 Responsible Gaming

jidbaj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Restrict the duration of any single gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days. The account cannot be reactivated during this period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jidbaj platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jidbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a jidbaj account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jidbaj employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores player data on secured servers accessible only to authorised personnel.

jidbaj will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. jidbaj may share data with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law or as necessary to investigate suspected fraud or criminal activity.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jidbaj platform — including but not limited to the jidbaj brand name, logo, design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface — is the exclusive property of jidbaj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the jidbaj platform without the express written consent of jidbaj. Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their licensing terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jidbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jidbaj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jidbaj account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jidbaj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jidbaj makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jidbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the jidbaj platform. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of jidbaj following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where an amendment materially affects player rights — including changes to withdrawal limits, bonus forfeiture conditions, or account closure procedures — jidbaj will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jidbaj at [email protected] and allow jidbaj a reasonable period of no less than 30 calendar days to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
